Our CEO is a dynamic leader, speaker, and doctoral candidate managing multiple ventures. As our firm continues to scale, we are seeking a high-level Personal Assistant / House Manager to provide seamless support across both business and personal life.

Position Description

This hybrid role is ideal for someone polished, proactive, and highly organized—capable of anticipating needs and managing both personal logistics and professional coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting a high-performing executive who juggles business leadership, thought leadership, family responsibilities, and public visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Household & Personal Support

  • Manage home maintenance schedules, vendor appointments, and service providers
  • Coordinate household errands (grocery orders, returns, appointments, shopping)
  • Oversee personal tasks, scheduling, and family-related logistics
  • Assist with planning personal travel and accommodations
  • Prepare for special events or family gatherings

Business & Executive Assistance

  • Maintain the CEO’s calendar (personal and business)
  • Monitor and triage emails, follow-ups, and reminders
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, virtual events, and appointments
  • Provide support with personal brand management, social media tasks, or content scheduling
  • Assist with the execution of special projects (eBooks, podcast, seminars)

Task & Priority Management

  • Create and maintain to-do lists, proactively following up on deadlines
  • Anticipate needs and prepare materials or plans in advance
  • Act as a liaison with internal team members, clients, and vendors when necessary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a high-level Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or House Manager
  • Ability to seamlessly toggle between personal and professional tasks
  • Excellent time management, discretion, and communication skills
  • Reliable, resourceful, and tech-savvy (familiar with Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom, etc.)
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Comfortable supporting a high-achieving woman of color and representing her brand with professionalism and warmth
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
