What You’ll Do

Digital Advertising

  • Run, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Develop ad creatives, test copy variations, and build audiences that convert.
  • Monitor daily ad performance and adjust budgets, targeting, and messaging as needed.

Email & LinkedIn Marketing

  • Create and send targeted email campaigns to warm leads and prospects.
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach and messaging to connect with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to refine future campaigns.

Content & Lead Generation

  • Plan, write, and publish blog posts that attract and engage high-value prospects.
  • Create lead magnets and landing pages designed to convert visitors into leads.
  • Collaborate on messaging strategies to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track all key KPIs for ads, emails, and content marketing.
  • Identify what’s working and where we’re losing traction—and make immediate adjustments.
  • Deliver regular reports on lead generation performance and ROI.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven results in lead generation.
  • Expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and email platforms.
  • Strong writing skills for ads, emails, and blog content.
  • Proficiency in tracking performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns without missing deadlines.
  • Creative mindset paired with a relentless focus on measurable outcomes.
