Tiffany W. Davis, P.A., MSM, Doctoral Candidate

Washington & Co. is proud to announce that Tiffany W. Davis, P.A., MSM, Doctoral Candidate, has been selected as a 2026 honoree of the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards for the Southern Maryland region.

The awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the University System of Maryland at Southern Maryland in California, Maryland. Presented by BMORENews.com, the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards have recognized more than 3,000 entrepreneurs, professionals, and allies across nine major U.S. cities since 2011.

This year’s Southern Maryland program is dedicated to the memory of Doris Jean Cammack Spencer, founder and Chairwoman Emeritus of the Southern Maryland Minority Chamber of Commerce. Her decades of advocacy for equality and minority-owned businesses helped lay the foundation for the thriving entrepreneurial community being recognized at this event.

According to BMORENews.com founder Doni Glover, the awards honor leaders who demonstrate measurable impact in business and community development. The Southern Maryland edition “spotlights leaders who are making measurable impact in business, government, finance, faith, and community development.”

Tiffany’s recognition reflects her leadership in strategic tax advisory, business development, and economic empowerment. Through Washington & Co., she has worked closely with entrepreneurs and growth-focused business owners to implement proactive financial strategies designed to strengthen long-term stability and profitability.

Edsel Brown, Esq., Chairman of the Southern Maryland Minority Chamber of Commerce, noted that the program “shines a powerful light on the extraordinary talent, leadership, and innovation within our Southern Maryland business community,” reinforcing the importance of supporting Black-owned businesses and recognizing their contributions to regional growth.

The Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards celebrate ownership, excellence, and economic empowerment. While rooted in the tradition of uplifting Black enterprise, the awards also recognize individuals of all backgrounds who actively invest in and support Black business growth.

We are honored to see Tiffany recognized among this year’s distinguished leaders and remain committed to advancing the financial strength and sustainability of the businesses and communities we serve.
